Contractors and trades
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping. We come to the shop before the trucks roll out, or to the job site during the day.
Fleet service across the Cedar Rapids metro
We pull into your yard, office lot, or job site and service every vehicle on the list while your crew keeps working. Full synthetic, one invoice, a record for every unit.
The math
Drive over, wait, drive back. Multiply that by every vehicle you run, every few months. On-site service turns that into thirty minutes per vehicle while the driver is doing something else.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping. We come to the shop before the trucks roll out, or to the job site during the day.
High-mileage vans and cars that live on the road. Regular intervals, scheduled for the hours the vehicles are parked.
Maintenance trucks, shuttles, and pool vehicles. One visit covers everything on the lot.
How it works
Book below and tick "fleet or company account," or call. Tell us how many vehicles and where they park. A spreadsheet is welcome, not required.
Volume pricing based on your fleet size and interval. We pick a recurring window that fits your operation, early mornings included.
Full synthetic oil, premium filter, tire pressure, fluid top-off, and a multi-point inspection on every unit. We flag anything that needs a shop.
One invoice per visit. A service record per vehicle in your fleet portal, so you always know what was done and when the next one is due.
What's included
Fleet questions
Three vehicles is enough for fleet pricing. Below that, book each vehicle at the standard rate and we will still come to your lot.
Yes. Our standard hours are 9am to 5pm on weekdays, but recurring fleet visits can be scheduled earlier by arrangement. Ask when we quote.
Most light-duty diesel pickups and vans, yes. Tell us the models and we will confirm and quote them individually.
We note it on the service record and tell you. We do not do repairs, so there is no incentive for us to find problems that are not there.
One invoice per visit by card or, for established accounts, on net terms set out in your quote.
No. We need the vehicles parked with room to open the hood and the keys available, because we run each engine and reset its oil life monitor. A key box or a site contact by phone is enough.
